How quickly will my order ship?
Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible, typically within 1–2 business days. If you need an order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering and we’ll let you know what options are available.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Please provide a physical shipping address whenever possible. If you have questions about delivery to your address, contact our Customer Service team before placing your order.
Do you ship outside the United States?
International shipping availability varies by destination and product. Please contact us for current shipping options and a quote.
Returns & Product Support
What is your return policy?
Products purchased directly from SDToyz.com may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please contact Customer Service before returning an item so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
For products purchased from another retailer, please contact the retailer directly regarding their return policy.
What if I have a problem with an SD Toyz product?
We’re happy to help. Visit our Customer Service page and select the category that best matches your product. Please include the product name, UPC code if available, and a description of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
