What is your return policy?
Retail return policy
Unconditional 30 day guarantee on products purchased from this website. If for any reason you are not satisfied, call SD Toyz for your return authorization number, send the product back United Parcel Service in good condition and your replacement or full refund will be sent promptly.
Wholesale return policy
Product returned within 30 days of original shipment, in good condition, will be charged a restocking fee of 20%. Product returned after 30 days of original shipment at Skullduggery’s discretion.
How long will it take for you to process my order?
Most products ship the next business day. Please contact if your order needs to be expedited.
Can you ship to a P.O. box, or do I need to provide a physical address?
We cannot ship to a P.O. box, please provide us with your physical address.
Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
